On these lands of Appellation Côtes de Bordeaux, the estate comprises 2.5 hectares of red AOC Cadillac Côtes-de-Bordeaux and Bordeaux rosé (80% Merlot, 20% Malbec), and 0.7 hectares of white (70% Sauvignon, 30% Sémillon). A dedicated and attentive winemaker, committed to her organic conversion, Sarah Simon does her utmost to ensure that every visit & tasting is a moment of sharing. The Domaine de Saint-Amand also features a gîte with swimming pool and 5 renovated apartments in Bordeaux, all of which respect the charm of the past and offer optimal comfort.
