Open every day on the edge of the golf course, Les Terrasses du Val de Sorne invite you to discover a "fresh" bourgeois cuisine in an elegant setting. The bay windows face a green panorama. The chef Frédéric Frouard has taken over the piano of this restaurant and the 2 other areas: the brasserie l'Outdoor and the Plancha & Grill de la Pergola. On the terraces and in the reception rooms, specialities from Bresse, the Jura and the French terroir can be tasted in a chic setting. The market menu and the dishes on the slate are mainly based on seasonal products. Some gourmet dishes remain à la carte all year round: Black Angus beef with Fry'N'Dip fries and a homemade Béarnaise sauce, Bresse PDO chicken with morels and yellow wine, fillets of perch from the lake... Choices can also be made for a Jura toast with a salad and, to finish, a perfect absinthe ice-cream. At the brasserie, mixed salads (mini or maxi), burgers, croque-monsieur, omelettes... are de rigueur. As for La plancha & grill, it offers fish and meat seized to perfection.
