The beautiful and good pizzas cooked at the wood fire are at Fabio. The choice is difficult because there are many: no less than 35! Some of them indulge in Franche-Comtan flavors with, of course, county and wine of the land, golden mount, cancoillotte, Morteau sausage. Others adopt more exotic tastes. All can be tasted on site, packed and even delivered. In this personalized, red-dominated décor, this pizzeria is also a grill and an excellent traditional restaurant: Comtan meal, native, sun, crust to morilles, chicken or trout to yellow wine, andouillette mustard sauce, lamb sauce, tagliatelles. Not to mention the salmon and spinach tartins, goat and white ham… to savor on the indoor, outdoor or large room. Jura wines appear on the map. The service is fast, efficient and smiling. A really nice address.
