If the more experienced runners will surely opt for the 19 km, rest assured: the Trail de l'Élan capianais, which will be held next August at the start in Capian, will also reserve a 10 km course for the less experienced runners - more reasonable although also hilly. To each his or her own route, you will nevertheless all move between vineyards and woods, castles and wine estates; a great opportunity to discover the region in a different way. Are you tempted? Put on your trainers and go for it! Rewards will be distributed to all participants, proof that whatever the final ranking, the important thing is to participate!
Rate: 8 € for the 10 km and 12 € for the 19 km.
Distance: 10 km and 19 km.
Difficulty: medium to difficult.
Meeting point: Place de la Mairie in Capian. Bibs can be collected from 2pm and departures at 5pm (10 km) and 5.15pm (19 km).
Other practical information: all non-licensed participants must have a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to running in competition.
