At Peybonhomme-les-Tours, wine is a family affair. Winegrowers for six generations, the Huberts settled in Cars in 1895, on a vineyard in the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Today, Rachel and Guillaume, passionate about wine and biodynamics, are at the head of the estate. The care and attention paid to natural winemaking enable their range of mineral, fruity wines to achieve complexity and purity.
