This magnificent estate is nestled between vineyards and forest. Château de l'Isle is an octagonal building from the 18th century with two wings and outbuildings such as the orangery, the wine storehouses, the barn, the tack room, the stables where you can whisper in the ear of the horses. The rooms are spacious, superbly decorated and very comfortable. Each room is named after a French wine region. Vanessa and her husband Xavier are happy to welcome you, to make you enjoy their beautiful house and to share with you its history and its environment.

Personalet/ ejerne på slottet er meget hjælpsomme, men det er lidt svært for de taler stort set ikke engelsk. Hvis man ikke kan fransk kan man godt føle sig lidt udenfor og lidt til besvær selvom man godt ved at det ikke er deres intention.
Det er svært at skelne mellem ejernes/ ansattes privatliv og arbejdsliv. Altså hvornår er man til ulejlighed og hvornår er man velkommen. Alt i alt en lidt blandet oplevelse
