Don't hesitate to come and take a tour at Cenon to enjoy a high-colour culinary moment in this hotel, welcoming you in a residential house surrounded by its garden. The little aisle to climb will lead you to nice taste surprises. The clear and sober décor leaves room for creations each based on a flagship ingredient of the season: ceviche of bar, langoustines, foie gras de duck, ris of calf, saint-pierre… And since August 2012, it is the new chef Thomas Brasleret (second of former chef Nicolas Magic for 7 years) who is at the helm of the furnaces. The formula from midday to 26 € makes it possible to make a nice approach to the kitchen that is practical here. The menus change regularly in the year, the opportunity to return to the pleasure of the taste buds. We don't get tired, and the regulars have understood this.
