Restaurant-brasserie offering traditional dishes in Cenon.
Ze Rock is the brewery of the Rocher de Palmer. Adjacent to the big red rock, where numerous concerts are held throughout the year, the brasserie has the advantage of being open on concert evenings, a feature that will particularly appeal to night owls. At lunchtime, the brasserie is very busy, with a steady stream of office workers enjoying the dish of the day. It's tempting to try this establishment when you know that chef Adrien Cachot was trained by chefs Nicolas Magie (Saint-James) and Thomas Brasleret (new chef at La Cape). In all simplicity, you'll enjoy traditional dishes and the 100% veggie burger, and sometimes dishes with a touch of originality like the snacked Iberian pig pluma, artichoke barigoule and mascarpone condiments, or the mango and coriander juice iced macaroon. The decor is sober and contemporary in shades of gray, with Philippe Starck's "Ghost" chairs making a real statement! If you're looking for peace and quiet, we strongly recommend reserving the terrace overlooking the park, or the first dining room, which offers 2 areas: one in a rather cozy semicircle with banquettes, and the other with tables and high chairs.

A recommander.
