On the kitchen side, Chef Hervé offers a menu with South-Western flavours: Landes salad, duck breast, South-Western burger... Every day, the chef puts the spotlight on local cuisine while adding a touch of originality that gives pep to his recipes. A fish drizzled with raspberry sauce, you had to think about that, didn't you? And as for the chocolate mousse with Espelette chilli pepper... We'd almost be asking for more. Do not hesitate to cross the door of Trinquet, you will be seduced by this warm restaurant at affordable prices!

Petit bémol la température de la salle.

Un accueil pire que dans un bar a hôtesses
On nous dit sèchement à 15h30 alors que la porte est ouverte "mais on est fermé là, on est qu'entre amis" sur un ton limite agressif
Le pire accueil que j'ai jamais eu et pourtant je suis du métier

Si la ramage se rapporte au plumage, la bouffe doit etre aussi dégueulasse que la tronche de la tavernière !!!
Changez de métier, les parasites de la restauration qui croit qu'il suffit d'investir pour devenir restaurateur ou cavistes
