At Le Trinquet, the smile is pleasant and the service efficient. We appreciate the small, benevolent attentions of the service. On the kitchen side, Chef Hervé offers a menu with South-Western flavours: Landes salad, duck breast, South-Western burger... Every day, the chef puts the spotlight on local cuisine while adding a touch of originality that gives pep to his recipes. A fish drizzled with raspberry sauce, you had to think about that, didn't you? And as for the chocolate mousse with Espelette chilli pepper... We'd almost be asking for more. Do not hesitate to cross the door of Trinquet, you will be seduced by this warm restaurant at affordable prices!

Je ne connais pas cette endroit et quelle surprise. Mon repas eu était génial. La nourriture est bonne, le prix est très correct. Les serveurs sont professionnels et en même temps décontracté. Et le lieu est juste incroyable. Je reviendrais!
