At Le Trinquet, the smile is pleasant and the service efficient. We appreciate the small, benevolent attentions of the service. On the kitchen side, Chef Hervé offers a menu with South-Western flavours: Landes salad, duck breast, South-Western burger... Every day, the chef puts the spotlight on local cuisine while adding a touch of originality that gives pep to his recipes. A fish drizzled with raspberry sauce, you had to think about that, didn't you? And as for the chocolate mousse with Espelette chilli pepper... We'd almost be asking for more. Do not hesitate to cross the door of Trinquet, you will be seduced by this warm restaurant at affordable prices!

Que du surgelé sauf la mayonnaise mais pas bonne. Le fish and chips est du poisson pané décongelé et même pas bien cuit. La dame est sympathique mais débordée. Crêpe au sucre est une crepe industrielle sèche réchauffée au micro ondes avec du sucre en poudre versé dessus à la fin. Chipirons décongelés caoutchouteux. Le pain est bon.
