The Maison des producteurs du Médoc is made up of some twenty partners or shareholder members, plus 20 to 30 producers who regularly supply them with fruit and vegetables, meat and poultry, cheese, pasta, flour, eggs, dairy products, oysters, honey and jams, fruit juices, wines and spirits... There is also a restaurant where the cooking is done on the spot and only with local products. The producer-partners have surrounded themselves with catering professionals to bring this unique concept to fruition in France.
