Domaine Capiet in Courpiac is a heritage nugget in the heart of the Bordeaux appellation vineyards. This former 18th-century Carthusian monastery is home to listed treasures such as the superb double spiral staircase and majestic dovecote, testimony to a rich past. Despite a fire in 1970, the authentic charm of the site has been preserved, offering an exceptional setting that's calm and rejuvenating.
