CHÂTEAU HAUT-MOUSSEAU
La Bergerie de Daignac is a farm that offers visitors an authentic experience. Annie and her family raise their flock of Basco-Béarnaise sheep in the purest tradition, practicing transhumance for over 50 years. The sheepfold, built of wood for the well-being of the animals, is a must-see. What's more, the maturing cellar is located in an old stone quarry, adding a unique touch to the farm. The farm's products, such as Tomme de brebis, ewe's milk cheese, greuil and ewe's milk curd, are traditionally made with great care. The farm also offers free tastings and farm-gate sales.
