After 25 years at Lou Couquéou in Le Haillan, chef Guillaume Fontagnol has opened La Table de Willy. Don't be fooled by the façade or the decoration. Nothing too complicated, not even the recipes. Here, we practice a family and traditional cooking based on good seasonal products. In the plates the presentation is neat and the flavors are well with the appointment. Behind the restaurant, the bucolic terrace, patio style, is sheltered from all eyes. The service is top notch and the staff very welcoming.
