Absolutely wonderful customer service. I injured my foot a week before traveling to France. They were most accommodating, even bringing a shower chair to my room for me.

The bed and pillows could not have been more comfortable. And having 24/7 access to small snacks is perfect when you are trying to adjust to a different time zone. It truly felt like a home away from home!
