An urban farm in the heart of Floirac? Welcome to the Cave Agricole, installed in old abandoned cellars of buildings in Dravemont. A very unusual place for an agricultural production! Yet here ten species of vegetables are grown all year round (endives, mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms). Organic crops that require almost no energy. The harvests are then found in the grocery stores of the district! The crops also supply La Ruche, which says yes, and restaurants in the area, in short circuit. The results of the start-up after one year are more than promising: more than 13 tons of endives and 9 tons of mushrooms have been harvested.
