This 10-hectare estate dates back to 1747 and has been in the same family since 1936. Predominantly Merlot, Château Barrabaque's red and rosé wines are among the most renowned in the Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellations. The white wine produced by Caroline Noël-Barroux, owner since 2004, is predominantly Sauvignon Blanc. Concerned with respect for the environment, she uses a sustainable vine-growing method, working in accordance with the terroir. Tours and tastings are free of charge, and open houses are held in June and October. Follow us on the web!
