It's a good excuse to stop over on the road from Bordeaux to Verdon. Valentin Rouillé and Tancrède Dell'Oste are at the head of this carefully decorated establishment. The menu keeps some brasserie dishes, but the great classics are often revisited by the daring chef. All the dishes are homemade, according to the seasons and arrivals, and the quality is always there. The cheeses, for example, come from Marie Quatrehomme, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. A more than recommended detour on the road to vacation!
