CHÂTEAU BELLE-GARDE
The 45 hectare vineyard is located in the region of Entre-deux-sea, but close to Libourne Vineyards (Pomerol, Saint Emilion, Fronsac). It covers five communes, Genissa, Moulon, Saint Sulpice of Faleyrens, Nérigean and Grézillac. Since the 2000 vintage, a whole tank has been destined for rosé. Unlike red wines, Vendange harvest for only 48 hours. A drain is then done. As a result of the vinification, a cold holding is carried out as for whites, two débourbages and a low temperature fermentation. As a result, the nose recalls scents of red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant) and English candy. The mouth is flexible, with a lot of freshness and a good balance.
