MOULIN DE MONJOUS * * *
Hotel, in an authentic setting, offering rooms with beautiful views in Gradignan.
The Moulin de Monjous was in turn a flour mill, a sheepskin washing workshop and even a shell-making factory during the First World War. It has been rehabilitated as part of an educational project of the Don Bosco Institute and it also embodies an educational mission of professional integration by employing disabled workers. The architects have preserved the elegance of the beautiful stones and the bucolic refinement by marrying them with a contemporary decoration. Each room has a view of the park or the river.
