CHÂTEAU BONNET
The Castle Bonnet is located north of the Entre-deux-Sea, on the clay-calcareous hindquarters of the municipality of Grézillac, which dominates the Dordogne valley some 10 kilometres south of Saint-Emilion. It has a long history dating back to the th century. André Lurton took over the farm in 1956 with 30 hectares of vines and applied to reconstitute and develop vineyards. In addition to the dry white wine of Entre-deux-mers and the excellent red wine of Bordeaux, the castle produces two rosés, in the name Bordeaux, Château Tower de Bonnet, Merlot 50% and Cabernet sauvignon 50% and Cabernet Bonnet, Merlot 50% and Cabernet sauvignon 50%, with very aerial fragrances reminiscent of cherry, but also pink grapefruit. Very frank from the attack, it gradually reveals a generous and generous mouth, always impregnated by these aromas of red fruits and grapefruit. It extends long, without exuberance, but with a persistent freshness.
