A large Vietnamese canteen offering a short menu with a dish prepared on the spot at the minute

Bassin Bo Bun is a (very) large Vietnamese canteen. Christian Durocher and his wife (originally from Vietnam) are no strangers to the restaurant scene, whether in Bordeaux or in the Basin. It's here, at the entrance to the La Teste-de-Buch shopping zone, that the couple have chosen to revive the cuisine they love so much, and which reminds them of their four years in Saigon. Pho, bo bun, pad thaï, banh mi... The menu is short, but everything is there. Everything is prepared on the spot to the minute. We also love the decor!

Un lieu très agréable autant dans l'ambiance que dans la cuisine. Les plats arrivent rapidement et sont délicieux. Le personnel est d'une amabilité remarque.
