Located in Gujan-Mestras, chez mimi is a restaurant with a terrace that stands out for its well-presented menu of local oysters
After several years on the market in La Teste, Cyril has restored a friend's shack in Port de Larros. Chez Mimi is as traditional as it gets. Cyril offers shrimps, whelks, Basque pâté and, of course, his oysters. But he sets himself apart, because while the Bassin oysters feature prominently on his menu, he also promotes oysters from his farm in Cancale, Brittany. The icing on the cake: the second terrace offers a breathtaking view of the salt meadows, where sunsets are as magical as ever.

Lovely restaurant with outside seating (which was already fully booked when we booked), but still really nice inside with all the windows open.
The young guy who served us was helpful with the wines and advised us about the oysters.
We should have stayed for more!

Restaurant assez peu fréquenté, puisqu'il s'agit du tout dernier restaurant avant la jetée du port de Larros.
Très bons produits frais. Produit de la terre, produits de la mer, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Patron gentil, serviable et efficace.
