Did you think that only oysters were produced in the Basin? Well, no. Raoul Glasian, a former Ducasse employee, has taken over the Foie Gras du Bassin brand. In his laboratory, he elaborates preserved foie gras from the Landes IGP Sud-Ouest and markets them under the brand name Conserverie artisanale du Bassin. He personalizes them with Espelette pepper, Guérande salt, long pepper (Piper Longum) or sweet white wine. The store is now located on avenue de Césarée.
