Facing France's largest lake, Kite Zone School (KZS to its friends) has its feet in the water, just a stone's throw from the village, shops and campsites. You don't need to be a good surfer to enjoy this sport: kitesurfing is open to all. And here, the water is shallow over a wide area with a sandy bottom. The first day is an introduction to air traction without a board. On the second day, you learn to synchronize gliding and sailing: adrenalin rush guaranteed!

Et oui ! C'est au lac d'Hourtin que nous avons décidé de nous évader. Un site naturel préservé, où l’on a pied partout. Donc ! Un spot idéal pour apprendre le kitesurf :)
Surtout qu'en cette saison 2022, l'un des moniteurs n'est autre que Romain Fabretti, champion du monde de snowkite et professionnel de kitesurf !! Un mec humble au vu de son palmarès, qui partagera avec les chanceux sa passion de la glisse.
Et ! Parce que le vent est essentiel à la pratique du kitesurf, on peut consulter l'anémomètre mis gratuitement à disposition sur le site Internet de l'école.
Un conseil, cet été, mettez les voiles vers Hourtin !
