Behind these incomparably tasty delights is Delphine, a member of the Confédération nationale des Glaciers de France family, who lovingly crafts constantly renewed artisanal recipes. Everything is homemade and local: from charlottes and iced cupcakes to cones and cookies. A particular favorite is the Rubis strawberry sorbet, a variety from Ferme d'Yvette in Carcans.
