Here, we are an independent wine grower and a father… in daughter. It is Aurore Briolais, the daughter of Dominique Briolais who manages the operation. For 20 years, the vineyards around the property are dorlotées to provide the best possible wine. The grape variety is 70% of Cabernet sauvignon and 30% Merlot. The tanks are in stainless steel and concrete, barrels in oak barrels of French and American. 60 000 bottles are produced each year. These wines have had many awards, including a gold medal for the wine Optimus 2004 at the international challenge of wine in Bourg. You can enjoy these wines in a small room under the gaze of a Bacchus. Don't hesitate to ask the family about their know-how, they talk passionately about it.
