SCEA Vignobles Barron - Château Méric et Chante l'Oiseau is a vineyard that has been producing organic wines since 1964. The estate offers a wide range of wines, from dry whites to powerful reds. Château Chante l'Oiseau is a round, full-bodied wine, ideal as an aperitif or with seafood. Benjamin de Méric is a fragrant rosé with citrus notes, perfect as an aperitif or with charcuterie and grilled meats. Jeunes Vignes" Méric is supple, fruity and slightly tannic, ideal for everyday meals. The estate's reds, like Château Méric, are powerful and round, perfect with red meat or cheese. The vineyard also offers special cuvées, such as Cuvée 7G, Cuvée Eugénie and Cuvée 1802, which are exceptional wines to enjoy with red meats, game or civets.
