At the head of Nomade is a young couple from the Médoc: Manon at the reception and Thibault, the chef, who has worked in Thierry Marx's kitchen in Pauillac. This training has given him great sources of inspiration. The cuisine is inventive, refined and gastronomic. Everything is made from fresh products, from sustainable or even organic farming, and is enhanced by the chef's always accurate combination of flavors. As for the decoration, even if the place has not kept anything of its railway past, it remains atypical, sober and renovated with taste.
