CHÂTEAU DAUZAC
Château Dauzac is a Grand Cru Classé of Margaux located only 20 minutes from Bordeaux. This vineyard, of 49 hectares in one piece, on a magnificent gravelly hillock overlooking the Gironde estuary, is worth a visit. The visit allows you to discover the park planted with rare species from the Botanical Garden of Bordeaux. Beehives, sheep and birdhouses illustrate the commitment to biodiversity. Laurent Fortin, general manager, wishing to promote wine tourism, has set up various workshops around gastronomy and wine: agreements around cocoa, cheese and charcuterie, Wagyu beef. Even more original, a tour on an electric scooter allows you to explore the vineyard in its entirety. The chef offers cooking classes in the castle's panoramic room, and makes gourmet baskets for visitors who wish to picnic in the park.
