A family-run business for three generations, Château des Moines is located in the heart of the Lalande de Pomerol vineyards, not far from the 12th-century church that housed pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. Welcomed by century-old lemon trees, you'll discover an authentic, rustic 20-hectare wine estate. The wines, with their rich bouquets, are made from traditional grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc) as well as a less common grape variety in the appellation: Malbec.
