La Paillote de Stéph (Stéphane Fernandez) is set in the heart of nature, on the banks of the estuary, a stone's throw from the pier. In fine weather, the terrace is crowded with people who come to enjoy the superb view over the Gironde. Here, you can observe the river life and the many "carrelets" (small fishing nets) that line the shore. In this little corner of paradise, the cuisine is simple but the products are very fresh, the preparation meticulous and the portions more than generous. The owner has Corsican, Calabrian and Spanish origins, from which he draws his strength but also his conviviality.

De l’entrée au dessert, un excellent dîner gastronomique en famille. Des assiettes superbes avec des saveurs incroyables… du faits maison véritable !!! . La cuisine est raffinée avec des produits d’exception. Le service et impeccable. Le chef très sympathique et l’ambiance chaleureuse rajoute à ce moment une sensation de bien être et de détente exceptionnelle.
Des prix plus que correct et une qualité supérieure
