In Langon, Chez Estelle is a restaurant preparing gourmet home-cooked dishes, filled with organic, local and seasonal superfoods.
After a first career in management and administration, Estelle decided to make her passion for healthy, plant-based cooking her profession. She launched into catering in 2017 before opening her small establishment the following year. There, she prepares homemade dishes filled with beneficial superfoods: vegetarian bowls, carnivore bowls, savory tartines and tarts, soups, vitamin-packed smoothies, gluten-free pastries... Organic, local, seasonal! Her tips and recipes are compiled in two books, so you can reproduce them at home.
