CHÂTEAU GUIONNE
Former owners in Languedoc-Roussillon, Isabelle and Alain Fabre have all their efforts on the quality of their vintage, the vineyard having been classified as Bourgeois in 1871. Acquired by Chinese investors, the former owner is still responsible for the vinification. They will be pleased to introduce you to their exceptional wines, which are appreciated by the tasting and cited in numerous specialized journals. Wishing to share their passion, they create the "Guionne Amateurs Club". Members are invited to harvest their own wine and discover the stages of their wine, all in a very convivial atmosphere.
The opinion of oenologists: Château Guionne, Cœur Boisé, côtes, Grand Wine of Bordeaux, 2005: dark ruby dress. Bouqueté nose, cooked red fruit notes, jam jam, spices and gingerbread. Fresh mouth, a striking balance with a nice aromatic return of cherry nuclei.
Coastline, 2007: dark garnet dress. Still young, fresh fruit notes, sweet, strawberry strawberry, gingerbread. Beautiful material in the mouth, dense and fleshy, with an intense fruity return. A delight.
