That the fee for this address of the basin that has existed for over thirty years. The owner of the site, Sophie Davasse Ragot, transformed a ostresiastor cabin into a nice restaurant. This charming lady knows the dishes prepared to delight the gentle palaces of its clients. Needless to say, here you can taste the oysters of the basin directly from the closest parks. The Cabanon offers tasting at any time, accompanied by a country terrine. For a complete tour of local gastronomy, choose the delicious fisherman's plate, grilled fish at the next plancha or for the Cabanon salad. The suggestions of the day show, among other things, a black mulet of Arcachon for two… There's no meat, except for a squeeze and its topping. Note that the afternoon, the restaurant turns into a glacier and pancake with home-made paste paste and waffles. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
