LE F DES FONTAINES
Chic restaurant offering oysters in an exceptional setting in Lanton.
What a view! This will probably be your first positive comment. Go to this beautiful restaurant with its chic and refined décor, whose magnificent terrace is an asset of shock and charm. We taste the inventive and refined cuisine of chef Yoann Pellé where seafood and fish are in the spotlight: oysters and in particular Joël Dupuch's Perles de l'Impératrice, the timbale of the sea with lemon white butter or roasted langoustines with tarragon butter without neglecting the meat: candied lamb mice or duck fillet, bitterarade sauce and potato gratin. As a dessert, the all-chocolate shell is a delight. Quality and freshness are the key words of the establishment, it is a pity that sometimes the service is not quite up to par. Have a drink in the lounge area of the terrace or enjoy a cocktail. For a romantic evening or dinner with friends, enjoy the sunset right in front of you in an exceptional setting!

A salad of chicken croustillon at €15 with two hammered pieces of chicken frozen and tasteless and surely grilled with a whole lettuce in the dish without seasoning we ask for a bit of seasoning it is very good if you do not disturb.
let us calculate the cost price for this dish:
salad 1euros (and it still is the price pro)
1 cherry tomato (the tray of 6 of 2euros quality)
chicken dish in the two croustillon (chicken 90g €1)
two standard stick aperitif (0.10 rooms)
what makes us a total from €4 and 10 cents and that is sold £13 on the menu
