David has more than one trick up his sleeve! In Lanton, he runs a tobacconist's shop like no other, with a bar-café, a convenience store and a corner store where you can buy souvenirs of the Basin. But the real originality lies at the back of his courtyard, where he has installed a wood-fired oven to delight us with his delicious pizzas, based on a recipe for home-made dough made from 7 flours leavened over 48 hours, entrusted to him by Toto Li Vigni, a famous Italian restaurateur.
