Hotel-restaurant with a charming welcome offering a new formula every week in Lanton.

Crème brûlée with pumpkin and parmesan tuile, mushrooms and curry, beef keftas and eggplant with tomato, fish cassolette, orange and grapefruit carpaccio with verbena syrup... The lunch menu is renewed every week. The chef prepares his dishes with gourmet flair and generosity. The 38 euro menu is served for lunch and dinner. Add to this a charming welcome and a lovely dining room. Finally, note that the restaurant also opens on Tuesday evenings and Saturday lunchtimes in July and August. You can also take advantage of the terrace.

Très bonne cuisine et originale, service agréable. Le fait qu’il y ait peu de table est appréciable car nous ne sommes pas collés les uns aux autres. Le menu du midi est d’un très bon rapport qualité / prix. Je recommande et je reviendrai ! :)

Une cuisine de passionnés. Un accueil chaleureux un service agréable du début à la fin. Les plats sont réalisés avec des produits frais de qualités bien présentés avec du goût et des saveurs. Les cuissons sont maîtrisées un délice en bouche . La carte des vins et plus que correct. Le tout pour un bon rapport qualité prix . Je vous conseille vivement penser à réserver .
