Set in the heart of the Landes forest of Gironde, Le Résinier serves generous, flavorful Southwestern cuisine. Whether à la carte or on the menu, local produce is given pride of place. The chef's signature dishes include pan-fried escalope of foie gras with apple chutney and Loupiac, sweetbreads with roasted porcini mushrooms, Grand Marnier soufflé and tourtière to share.... A warm welcome and impeccable service, with a Basque beret on your head. Weather permitting, we love to sit outside on the paved terrace.

De plus, les prix affichés sur "The fork" à la réservation, ne correspondent pas aux prix affichés sur place. Nous sommes passés d'un menu à 20€ à un menu à 35€. Mais il faut reconnaître que la magnifique terrasse et le succulent repas peuvent faire oublier tous ces désagréments.
