Private restaurant with a warm welcome in Le Barp, serving real South-Western cuisine based on local products.

Set in the heart of the Landes forest of Gironde, Le Résinier serves generous, flavorful Southwestern cuisine. Whether à la carte or on the menu, local produce is given pride of place. The chef's signature dishes include pan-fried escalope of foie gras with apple chutney and Loupiac, sweetbreads with roasted porcini mushrooms, Grand Marnier soufflé and tourtière to share.... A warm welcome and impeccable service, with a Basque beret on your head. Weather permitting, we love to sit outside on the paved terrace.

Une surprise de taille dans ce petit village. Un cadre splendide, des mets savoureux et un service haut de gamme. Carte simple avec d'excellents plats respectant fraîcheur et circuits courts. Un vrai régal pour les papilles et les yeux. Merci pour ce moment inoubliable.
