Opened at the beginning of 2011 at the Bouscat, Oketa conquered the inhabitants of the neighborhood and even the Bordeaux who do not hesitate to cross the boulevards to enjoy their sushi or makis plates to eat on or at home. Oketa, which means salmon in Japanese, has made a point of making this fish their specialty. It's a real delight for a salad accompanied by algae. Lovers can choose a two-way meal on a wooden boat and offer a range of sashimi, sushi, maki, accompanied by traditional soups, cabbage salads and rice.
