Jean-Luc Rocha is of Portuguese origin, but he cut his teeth in some fine French establishments. Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007, he succeeded Thierry Marx at the two-Michelin-star Relais & Châteaux Cordeillan-Bages in Pauillac. He then took charge of the kitchens at the Saint-James in Paris. Back in the Bordeaux region, he worked alongside Bernard Monblanc, a caterer, before opening his own restaurant. In a warm and luminous dining room, he gives us a wonderful culinary experience.
