PAIN PAULIN
Paul Leuridan, the baker well known under the name Pain Paulin in Cap Ferret, but also to a number of top chefs sensitive to the quality of his products, also has two stores in Bordeaux and one in Le Bouscat. Above all, he favors organic products. His know-how and creativity amaze his customers every day. His Paulinettes, vegetable fritters with olive oil, no frying, no eggs and no milk, are baked in the oven. They are available plain, flavored with brown sugar or cinnamon, or topped with flavors that change every week. Among the top breads are the hand-shaped Baguettor, but also a charcoal bread or a rye bread with lemon.
