In Candice and Marc's pastry shop, we want to taste all the cakes, so beautiful, well presented and creative according to the seasons. New flavours regularly appear (dark thyme chocolate, yuzu milk chocolate, dulcey turon, kalamansi, etc.) or this wonderful financier with white truffle oil and roasted hazelnut powder, whipped cream mascarpone chives! With the arrival of strawberries, the chef created a pastry shop around the fruit: Breton shortbread, French strawberries, strawberry confit, creamy strawberry inspiration with cumbawa zest. It is a great art and the customers are not mistaken, they travel miles to come and enjoy it.
