Gone is the ZAL, hello A nous deux. Cindy and Sylvain have transformed everything inside and out. The dining room opens onto the glass roof, giving it more light. The beautiful terrace is covered with synthetic turf, the fences are new and the large parasols provide good shelter from the sun. Basque dishes such as Iberian pork chop and Basque tartar are still on the menu, but Sylvain is keen to keep up with the seasons and diversify his culinary inspirations. On the plates, where everything is homemade, it's a feast of flavors.
