Sarah and Thomas have opened this pretty little 30-seat restaurant, just a 10-minute walk from the oyster port and the Teich bird sanctuary. Also because the young man's brothers are oyster farmers in La Teste-de-Buch, oysters are very often on the menu. No need to specify where the oysters cooked and served at Naissain come from... In any case, everything is homemade using fresh produce from local producers. Desserts are no exception to the rule! The bread comes directly from Le Sentier de la Mie bakery. Meticulous service.
