Francesco is a true Neapolitan who has been making pizza for over 40 years. And he's not about to stop, even though he's closing his Cadillac trattoria in 2022. Having traveled and worked in Calabria and Venice, he has become one of the most renowned pizza makers in Paris. His hand-rolled, stone-baked pizzas have the great taste of Italy. The dough is crisp and light, and the toppings are tasty. Luckily, they're still available to take away at Le Tourne! With the popularity of these products, the wait can be a little longer at weekends.

Accueil fort sympathique et pizzas fabuleuses et authentiques. Une pâte extraordinaire qui nous transporte en Sicile à chaque bouchée.

Excellentes Pizza ! Accueil chaleureux et plein d’humour ! Toujours à l’heure a la minute près ! Prix très raisonnable surtout au regard de la qualité, que demander de plus ?! Certainement les meilleurs pizza du coin !
