Le Belem enjoys a panoramic view and a superb location on the marina of Port Médoc. Stéphanie, in the kitchen, and Bruno, in the dining room, play the marine card above all with specialities such as skate wing with Isigny butter, cod pavé aïoli or octopus à la portugaise. The Ocean formula, from 12pm to 3pm, consisting of 6 Marennes Oléron oysters and mussels with chips, is a real success. Meat lovers will also find something to their liking with duck aiguillettes or calf's head with gribiche sauce.
