Food was limited, however the staff was friendly. They weren't very responsive with emails. We weren't even given directions for check out. And they have a hired taxi that over charged for a night and to the airport. Their taxi driver charged us double the fee for 2 people.

It's a beautiful place, however beetles were everywhere and 30 mins from the center and it cost over 70 pounds for their taxi service.

Alors que c'était notre coup de cœur il y a 8 ans lors de notre visite en septembre 2023 nous avons été à l'unanimité déçue de la prestation proposée. En effet nous étions un groupe de 10 dont deux femmes enceintes.Nous avions choisi la dégustation et la visite du château.

-La jeune femme a refuse de nous faire dégusté d'autres vins nous sentions qu'elle etait pressee.

-Les femmes enceintes ont payaient la visite et degustation malgre le fait que nous ayons depensé plus de 600 euros de vins.

-Nous avons etaient decu de ne pas retrouver les valeurs que nous etions venus chercher ! Malheureusement nous ne renouvellerons plus nos visites.

Superbe expérience au chateau Leognan. Personnel agréable et lieu exceptionnel. Un spa qui offre un moment de détente privilégié, un petit déjeuner copieux et avec de très bons produits. Je recommande très fortement l'expérience nous avons adoré ! Mention spécial au sommelier qui nous a fait la dégustation de vin en fin de matinée, super sympathique ;)

Tout était parfait: la chambre Millesime spacieuse décorée avec goût, café et mini bar gratuits, la SDB avec produits de qualité, excellente literie. SPA magique en pleine fôret, soins prodigués avec professionalisme, restaurant extérieur très agréable et repas délicieux, Pdj face à la fôret et très varié.
le personnel est professionnel, agréable et à l'écoute. on peut dire qu'ici "tout n'est que calme, luxe et volupté" !
Prudence cependant, avec l'extention de plusieurs chambres et la création d'une piscine de garder cette atmosphère de calme et de zenitude
